GONZALES – Mayor Barney Arceneaux and The City of Gonzales Council, after consulting with health and medical advisors, are announcing the cancellation of several events typically held in the fall each year. Please know that this was not an easy decision, and is being done to protect the health and safety of our citizens.
Please note that although we won’t have an organized event, City Hall will still be lit up, including our tree, as a way to celebrate the Christmas Season. Please do feel free to visit in small groups throughout the season if you’d like to take photos.
