Ways to Pay Your Bill
- Online payments: register your account online or pay as a guest.
- Bank drafts: automatic drafts can be set up by debit card through a registered online account. To set up automatic drafts directly from a checking account, you must come to City Hall to complete a Direct Draft form and provide a voided check.
- Mail payment: use your return envelope provided with your statement.
- 24-hours by Phone: dial 1.866.367.4976 and make sure to have your account number and your last payment amount ready. There is a $2.50 convenience charge for this method of payment.
- Drive-up window: open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday and from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Friday. Closed Saturday and Sunday.
- Night Deposit Drop: place your payment in a sealed envelope in the deposit box located by the Drive-up window. Make sure your account information is included in the envelope. NO CASH ALLOWED IN THE NIGHT DEPOSIT DROP.
- If service is disconnected for non-payment, the total amount due on an account, all delinquent penalty charges, and possibly an additional deposit, must be paid before service is restored.
To insure your account is credited properly, please include your billing stub with all payments.
Billing and Due Dates
All current billings are due on the 17th of every month. If a current bill is unpaid after the 17th, the account will be assessed with a ten percent (10%) delinquent penalty on the next business day. All bills unpaid by the twenty-eighth (28) day of the month will be subject to discontinuance of service and a $50 delinquent penalty fee. A notice of nonpayment will be mailed to the last known mailing address and will include amounts due and disconnect date. If service is disconnected for non-pay; the total amount due on an account, all delinquent penalty charges, and possibly an additional deposit, must be paid before service is restored.

If I paid to have service restored today, what time can I expect my water to be reconnected?
If you paid prior to 4 p.m. M-T, you can expect your water service to be restored by 4:30 p.m. If you paid prior to 10 am on Friday’s, services will be restored by 10:30 a.m.
I have been gone all month and have not used any water, why do I still owe a water bill?
Every active water account is charged a minimum monthly water bill based on the type of services regardless of usage.
